"I'm really looking forward to the 4th (next saturday!!) and I know your pictures will be stunning. Also, I must say, you have been exceptional with communicating and explaining things. I was just going over all the e-mails you sent to me last summer about the (many!) details regarding your work, you have been very thorough and patient, and it's very obvious that you love what you do. You really care about maintaining a strong, positive business! I'm sure you can imagine that I haven't had such great luck with some other people, so I'm extra appreciative of your professionalism during this very, very important time in my life. Just the fact that you're making a slightly flustered bride's life easier (as you've made me very confident about your services) is quite a feat. :o) So, thank you!!

Rob and I are very much looking forward to meeting you!

Allison"

later the same day...

"Shane -

I've had a lot of jobs already in my life (all fast-paced government internships) even though I'm only 23. I have a pretty good idea about people's work ethic and giving credit where it is deserved. I really wanted you to know that I am extremely appreciative of your work. There are too many people and businesses that do things in a mediocre fashion, and other people are forced to pick up their slack. So yes, working with someone who is thorough and wholly efficient is wonderful yet rare.

I couldn't agree more that it is SO important to bring back the old mentality of producing good quality things through diligent workmanship. (this is why I can't stand the flimsy, cheap Walmart-type products!) I am all about investing in a good, classic item that I know will last several years.
